December 2019: Deloitte Financial Advisory are delighted that our M&A Advisory team have provided lead advisory services to the shareholders of Mergon Group on the investment by Elysian Capital, with the Transaction Services team providing vendor due diligence services as part of the transaction.

Lowe Rental Limited
March 2018: Deloitte has acted as lead corporate finance and debt advisers to the shareholders of Lowe Rental Limited on the c.£60 million investment by Perwyn in the business. The transaction represents one of the largest private equity deals to come out of Northern Ireland.

December 2017: Deloitte’s M&A Team is pleased to announce it has acted as lead advisor to the shareholders of Rothco on the acquisition of the business by Accenture Plc.

Sovereign Capital Partners LLP
Deloitte Financial Advisory acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Sovereign Capital Partners LLP when backing the management buy-out of Arachas Corporate Brokers (“Arachas”), a leading insurance brokerage operating in Ireland.
Sovereign intend to work with the management team to further grow and develop the business through a strategy of Buy & Build. Deloitte had a full buyside lead advisory role, where it project managed the process end to end, including assistance in analysing normalised net debt / debt like items, working capital and analysing and agreeing the completion accounts mechanism and funds flow. The scope also included Debt Advisory work where the Deloitte Debt Advisory teams in Ireland and the UK identified and introduced debt funders and assisted in negotiating debt facilities required to part fund the investment.

Scope of work: Deloitte Financial Advisory acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Medisource Limited. Deloitte had a full lead advisory role, where it prepared the transaction sales documents, identified and introduced the most likely potential purchasers, managed the due diligence and virtual data room, supported the drafting of the legal documentation (SPA) and the negotiations. The healthcare division of DCC Plc, acquired 100% of the share capital of Medisource Limited. DCC Healthcare is a leading healthcare business, selling a range of medical and pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers across all sectors of the healthcare market in the UK & Ireland from acute care through to community care and general practitioners.

Deloitte had a full lead advisory role, where it identified and introduced the most likely potential purchaser, managed the due diligence and virtual data room, supported the drafting of the legal documentation (SPA) and deal negotiations. Family owned, Goldreed Holdings Unlimited Company, which is the owner of O’Brien Fine Foods and manufacturer of Brady Family Ham based in Co. Kildare, acquired 100% of the share capital of Tombolo Limited.
