Alan is a Director in our U.S. Tax Group. As one of the leading experts in U.S. taxation in Israel, he specializes in providing U.S. federal and state income tax compliance and advisory services to private, public and multi-national companies. Alan has deep technical knowledge of U.S. income taxation including cross-border issues, such as tax efficient supply chain structuring and financing arrangements.
Alan has a Master of Science in Taxation from the City University of New York - Baruch College and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in NY and NJ.
