Irena has over 20 years of experience in providing ESG and Risk Management consulting services at Deloitte. Irena has led numerous consulting projects in Israel and around the world in the various fields of ESG, including corporate governance, sustainability and social responsibility, and she serves as the Internal Auditor of several public companies in Israel. Irena is an expert in ESG Risk Management and assists leading companies in implementing leading ESG practices. Irena heads the Israeli Center for Corporate Governance at Deloitte Israel and has vast professional knowledge in the field, including corporate governance structures, Board effectiveness, internal and group interfaces, reporting channels, meeting international corporate governance and corporate responsibility standards, ethics, integrity, and transparency. Irena is a member of BIAC, an international expert advisal committee to the OECD on corporate governance issues.
