Alok Agrawal

Alok is a Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of post-qualification experience in helping companies with their cross-border talent deployment and international mobility strategies. He serves as a Partner in the Global Employer Services practice at Deloitte India. Along with leading Deloitte's immigration practice in India, he leads multiple social security and labour codes advisory projects for both Indian and multinational clients. Alok has extensive experience extensive experience in collaborating with numerous large corporations to design and implement their compensation and benefit policies, as well as other incentive plans.

His expertise also includes domestic and international taxation, social security, regulatory compliance, and immigration-related aspects involved in cross-border mobility. Alok frequently contributes to the media on various developments in the field of global mobility and is a regular presenter at seminars and conferences. He has international work experience, having worked in Singapore and the UK.
