Neeyati Kothari

Neeyati is a partner and the Insurance Leader for Risk Advisory at Deloitte India. She is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of Financial Services experience. Her core experience are in the areas of operational risk, regulatory compliance, and process review related engagements. In addition to Insurance, she also leads Payments and Digital risk focused work.

She has extensive experience in assessment of regulatory orders and penalties and helping Insurance companies remediate the same. She has worked across all facets of the Insurance lifecycle covering both Core and Support functions and has led and delivered several Risk Advisory engagements across Insurance clients in India, ranging from Sox Advisory, Internal audits, fraud risk, process assessment and transformation, IFC to Regulatory reviews etc.

Neeyati has previously contributed to thought leadership on insurance and also works with leading global insurers supporting them on operational risk focused projects.
