Prakhar Tripathi

Prakhar is a Partner with Deloitte in Human Capital Consulting where he focusses on Financial Services industry across Banks, Life and Non Life Insurers, NBFCs, Asset & Wealth Management and Private Equity players. Prakhar also manages relationship for cluster markets in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Mauritius (FS). He has over 14 years of professional experience across a range of areas in HR advisory.

Prakhar Has helped organisation craft a custom talent strategy during Merger, listing, set up and scale down. He has worked with clients on creating Employee Value Proposition on back of best in class Rewards and Performance strategy. He works with clients on curating retention mechanism linked to productivity for CXO and Top leaders, Short and long term incentive plan to enable culture of meritocracy at Middle to Junior Management. Prakhar works with top management on curating leadership development journey aimed at creating Succession Pipeline and improving top team effectiveness.

Prakhar is an Executive committee member of National Human Resource Development Network, Alumni Council of Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He is also on the advisory board of a Non Profit as a expert on talent and People matters. He is associated with TISS and XLRI where he works with academia as visiting faculty on Human Resources, Rewards and Performance.
