Saurabh brings more than 19+ years of experience in successful implementation of complex HR Strategy, Employee Experience, and Transformation projects in an international context across multiple industries in Asia and the US. He has in-depth experience spanning Digital HR, HR Technology, HR strategy, HR process, and operating model design, shared services design and implementation as well as change and stakeholder management. Saurabh has spent a considerable amount of his professional life working with clients in the United States, Middle East, and in South East Asia. Saurabh has worked across a variety of industries including Technology, Manufacturing, Retail, Engineering Construction, and Healthcare.

Saurabh has also authored numerous papers on the trends in Human Capital and the future of work and is a regular speaker at multiple forums on the HC trends and the future of work.
