Natsuyo Hara is the AP A&A Talent Leader. She is a Japanese CPA, a partner responsible for Diversity & Inclusion in Japan. Also, she is a member of AP Inclusion Council, a task force of leaders chaired by AP CEO and led by AP CTO.
Currently, she works closely with Board Chair and CEO to promote inclusive culture among Deloitte Tohmatsu Group and works closely with AP CEO, AP CTO and other leaders to create a “One Firm Mindset” and the inclusive environment across Deloitte Asia Pacific. As the AP A&A Talent Leader, she works closely with the AP A&A executive team and other leaders to set the talent strategy and priorities to enable the AP business strategy.
She holds a BA from Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan. Through deep understanding of ISA, she contributed to the setting of Auditing Standards Committee Statements as part of the Japanese Institute of CPA (JICPA) responses to the Clarity Project of the IAASB from 2009 to 2012.
