After working as an environmental consultant and think tank researcher, he joined Deloitte.
He has been consulting in the environmental field, focusing on energy and global warming countermeasures, for 25 years.
He has worked on a wide range of projects, from supporting the policy planning and implementation of ministries and agencies to supporting companies' strategic planning and R&D.
In particular, he has advanced expertise in renewable energy and energy-saving technologies, policy/strategy planning based on the latest business and policy trends, policy/business evaluation based on energy simulations, and coordination of public-private R&D and social demonstration.
He is the Sustainability & Climate Initiative Co-Lead in Japan.
