Andrey possesses more than 20 years of work experience in taxation, finance, accounting and audit, including more than 14 years of work experience in Deloitte.
Holding US CPA and Kazakh certified auditor qualifications, Andrey has extensive experience in conducting tax reviews and tax consulting for various companies, including companies that are large tax payers, subject to monitoring.
Andrey has extensive experience dealing with oil&gas companies which operates under PSA, development of tax accounting policy and tax registers including the procedure for maintaining separate tax accounting for subsoil use contracts.

Aidana is Partner of Tax Department. She has over 12 years of tax experience in Kazakhstan and also spent two years on secondment working for the Deloitte UK practice in London, with the team focusing on global energy and resources companies.
Aidana specialises in and has led teams providing corporate tax services to multi-national and major Kazakhstan companies operating in the oil and gas sector and to the many oil field service companies with activities in Kazakhstan and across the Caspian Region.

Yeldos is a Deloitte Caspian Tax Department Partner based in Almaty and has extensive experience in advising corporate clients in the financial sector, in tax structuring and transfer pricing.Yeldos has over eight years of experience in transfer pricing and international tax consulting, adding his expertise as a consultant during tax audits.Yeldos has a degree with honors from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, an MSc degree with honors from the University of Bristol and he is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
