The European Commission has defined a collective and concerted solution to overcome the economic and social effects of the pandemic situation, which foresees the financial empowerment of public and private organisations in key areas for the Member States.

This strategy is based on the mobilisation of financial resources from the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027 and the creation of a new European recovery instrument, the Next Generation EU, making available a total amount of EUR 1.824 billion.

Deloitte has set up the ReStart Center for Business, to support organisations to maximise co-funding opportunities. It is the most comprehensive strategic and operational support centre in this area. This multidisciplinary centre is part of a European Deloitte network, with a team of over 150 specialists in different industries and business sectors.
