Who we are

The EMEA Telecom Engineering Centre of Excellence (TEE) offers engineering consulting services essentially taping into the network infrastructure for various industries with special focus on Telecommunications (based on our origin).

Our services cover the entire life cycle of the network from strategy, planning, to implementation and  O&M (Operation & Maintenance).

Our experts cover all of the network building blocks from the mobile and fixed access to transmission and core. Additionally, service platforms and support systems (OSS/BSS) are also part of our stack of expertise.

We are permanently working with the world’s most relevant telecom operators and companies whose business strongly relies on network infrastructure.

What we do

The EMEA Telecom Engineering Centre of Excellence (TEE) core business is focused on supporting our clients overcome challenges related to their network infrastructure.

Our team delivers projects focusing on delivering value to our client´s business, financially and operationally.  Some examples of engagements are technical PMO, cost optimizations, alignment against best practices across the full operating model (technology, processes, organization, people).

The Advisory team delivers projects focusing on compliance against frameworks, conducting root cause analysis (especially in case of outages and incidents) and suggesting recommendations to mitigate risks for the business.

The Network Programmability and Automation team showcases our capabilities to cope with future trends as the convergence of IT and network skills are paramount for our clients to succeed. Our team delivers, in an agile way, operational automation based on various languages leveraging emerging technologies such as SDN/NFV, AI/ML.
