Leading Bank (C4E Launch)

Our client had the goal of modernizing their integration architecture establishing a new API management solution, MuleSoft Anypoint, as their API Manager. Their main objectives were centered on innovation and delivery acceleration, building strong foundations for Open Banking and embracing architecture modernization challenges.

Deloitte performed the setup of the platform and defined the Operating Model for the integration teams to deliver with the platform. Several workshops were held to ensure a design that fit the client’s purposes to establish a Center for Enablement.

The result was a successful establishment of the required processes and artifacts to run the new platform, ensuring proper monitoring and governance of the continuously increasing APIs in the client.

Leading Insurance Company (Migration from Legacy ESB)

After a successful implementation of a MuleSoft C4E, delivered as well by Deloitte, our client had the goal of decommissioning their legacy integration platform.

The challenge was to migrate their existing legacy services catalog (approx. 100 services and 1.000 operations) to MuleSoft, running the appropriate tests and ensuring that the consumer applications were adapted to the new MuleSoft APIs. The project had to run in a time-box of 9 months in order to avoid additional infrastructure costs.

Leveraging on the best practices and migration accelerators created during the C4E setup, Deloitte helped the client to perform these migrations, ensuring the technical migration of all services alongside a proper change management process, until full decommissioning of the legacy platform.

Automotive Finantial Arm (Salesforce Integration)

Our client defined a new global strategy to manage their portfolio of vehicles and clients using Salesforce. In order to implement this strategy, the client needed to provision Salesforce with information coming from multiple sources and integrate with the various group subsidiaries / markets. Due to its native connectors with Salesforce, the client decided to adopt MuleSoft to address these requirements.

Deloitte performed the setup of MuleSoft platform on an AWS instance. We organized sessions to support the onboarding of subsidiaries and the platform adoption. From an implementation perspective, we implemented several processes to automatically import client and vehicle data to Salesforce and created reusable integrations that allows the multiple markets to submit leads and cases to be handled by the commercial teams.

Household Appliances Retailer (Run Services)

A major household appliance retailer decided to review its positioning in the value chain and get into direct sales business. As part of the ecommerce platform implementation initiative, Deloitte was engaged to deliver the APIs that will serve the digital channels using MuleSoft.

During our journey in the client, we were committed since the first day to deliver a highly available solution. Deloitte team developed several accelerators to increase (even more) the speed of delivery and enable a more efficient operation of the platform. Our accelerators included automatic vulnerabilities scanning, health checks, reporting, alerting, etc..

During high seasons, a period where we expect 10 times more visits, we were able to ensure low response times and high availability.
