Few things matter as much in the world as mobility. It provides access to healthcare, education, jobs, and goods and services. It facilitates human connection and global economic development. The way people and goods move about, however, is being radically transformed. A confluence of trends, both technological and social, is driving the emergence of a new mobility ecosystem. Fully realized, it promises a faster, cleaner, safer, and more efficient transportation network.

To bring the new mobility ecosystem to life in communities around the globe, Deloitte is collaborating with the World Economic Forum to develop a future vision and strategy for a more seamless and integrated mobility system to transport people and goods. Part of the Forum’s Shaping the Future of Mobility System Initiative, the project will facilitate close collaboration among global leaders from public and private sector organizations to help shape an integrated future-state vision, identify required capabilities, and address key challenges through scalable, intermodal solutions.

Project findings will be featured at the next annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, in January 2018. On this page you can follow the progress of the Deloitte-WEF collaboration as well as find Deloitte content related to the new mobility ecosystem.
