Start-up audit readiness

Procedures dedicated for start-ups and small companies, privately owned or international subsidiaries not subject to audit. Procedures will include discussion with the management about the current process and identification of risks / complex areas, proceeding with fieldwork, preparation of recommendation and cooperation with management on implementation of the action plan.

IT System – statutory compliance check

According to accounting and tax regulations the accounting system has to meet specific requirements. We verify the compliance and provide support in resolving the fiscal and financial reporting matters. We verify whether accounting system fulfills the requirements of the statutory accounting requirements.

Report on compliance with post-privatization obligations

When the sale of company owned by the Government takes place, sometimes there is a requirement for the purchaser to comply with several post-privatization obligations (e.g., certain level of capital investments, etc.). We verify the company/shareholders’ compliance with such an obligations and report on it.

Bank covenants

  • Preparation of an assurance report to banks confirming the fulfillment of the requirements related to bank financial covenants. Such confirmation of meeting loan covenants is contained in loan agreements.
  • Developing a model for the calculation and simulation meeting bank loan covenants.

Reports for the lenders

We support management to timely prepare the various reports and information required by the lenders (e.g., forecasts, budgets, interim financials, etc.)
