The Socializer

The Socializer is an internal initiative that organises group projects where colleagues with shared interests can interact. Throughout the year, the Socializer engages in a range of CSR initiatives: notably, our yearly tree planting activity, bake sales for fundraising, involvement in education activities for various high schools in Romania, and sponsorship of our colleagues at RADC for sports events. Additionally, we host several annual gatherings where our colleagues have a chance to celebrate their achievements and socialize with each other – namely the new joiners welcome party, the Christmas party and the end-of-busy-season party.

These projects facilitate cross-team collaboration, fostering meaningful connections among colleagues who may not interact daily. Furthermore, they provide an opportunity for engagement with senior management from RADC, who oversee the projects.
