VAT.InstantScan – Know your partners!
VAT.InstantScan is a module of D.Tax application and it verifies in less than 10 seconds up to 1K VAT IDs in the following registers:
- Registry of taxable persons registered for VAT purposes
- Registry of taxable persons applying the cash accounting system
- Registry of inactive / reactivated taxpayers
- VIES database
- RO e-Factura register
While you are required to upload only the VAT IDs that you wish to scan, the application returns the full name (as it appears in the public registers), the status in the registries, the date of registration / cancellation. This helps deciding how to report the transaction.
The module is part of the D.Tax application, a complex and innovative solution dedicated to VAT reporting and which works independently of the users' accounting system.
