In order to capitalise on the acquisition, Deloitte supported the client in setting up a new organisation, a new business model, launching a cost reduction program and supported in the procurement and implementation of a new ERP system
Realisation of back-office value plan as part of a corporate merger of two professional services businesses
Upon the merger of the two businesses, Deloitte supported the client in enabling a scalable and cost efficient back-office environment (around 15 new systems predominately cloud environment) and implementing a best practice operating model to capture value and synergies
