Mergers & Aquisition (M&A)

Within Consulting M&A at Deloitte, we help clients maximize value in acquisitions and sales of companies, or parts of companies. It is about all the steps that make up the transaction cycle, including:

• Strategy: define M&A as part of the company's growth strategy by e.g. to identify and evaluate potential companies to acquire or business areas within the company that are no longer strategic and to carry out market analyzes.
• Due diligence: analyze operational, commercial (including tech) opportunities for value creation, risks and costs in connection with an acquisition or a sale.
• Transformative M&A: plan for and execute on all steps that make up a transaction whether it is a carve-out or integrating a new business.
• Value realization: define and implement value-creating activities within the framework of the transaction, for example by identifying synergies, additional sales and or cost reductions.

Customer & Marketing

Customer and Marketing 

Supports our clients in their digital change journeys with a focus on commerce, sales, case management and service processes. Our work ranges from strategy and consulting to agile IT deliveries. A large part of our work includes implementation of the CRM system Salesforce, but we also make system deliveries on other leading platforms such as Adobe and other marchtech solutions. Within Customer and Marketing there are three service offerings - Digital Customer", "Customer Strategy & Applied Design" and "Advertising, Marketing & Commerce".

Supporting our clients in implementing business strategies to achieve their business goals. We work with business change, which often includes the implementation of system support for industry-specific technology in several different industries, with a particular focus on banking and insurance as well as Retail.

System Delivery and Modernization

Supporting our business and technology clients during their major IT transformation programs by combining functional and technical capabilities. We implement solutions for custom-built systems, platform integration and application modernization to enable core business capabilities.

Cloud and Engineering 

Cloud Engineering helps customers succeed in a world driven by decisions made based on data-driven insights. The team works with cloud strategy, cloud transformation, migration, development of native solutions, integration, management and engineering to support the customer's journey from local systems to the cloud.

Human Capital

Human Capital 

Supports our clients in running and developing their business through their most important asset: the employees. Through change management, we ensure that transformations have a sustainable impact and effect on the organization. We guide our clients in developing the strategic organizations and HR functions of the future by supporting issues such as organizational design, digital HR, Workforce Transformation and People Analytics. Within Human Capital there are three service offerings - Transformation, Organization Transformation and Workforce Transformation.

Enterprise Technology & Performance

Technology, Strategy and Transformation 

Supports our clients in obtaining the greatest possible value from their IT investments by acting as support in everything from developing strategies to transformations in the IT area.

SAP

Supporting our clients in implementing, optimizing and leveraging SAP's ERP solutions to meet their specific business needs. We lead the entire journey and offer our clients a complete solution, from preliminary studies and the implementation of the transformation program to the technical implementation. Each SAP implementation focuses on a result that supports business strategies through process improvements and technological innovation.

Finance Operations (former Business Process Solutions- BPS)

Supporting our clients in operational roles within a CFO's responsibilities, focusing on both interim solutions and project-based deliverables. In the case of interim solutions, we support our customers in temporary roles such as accounting economist, controller or financial manager. Project-based deliveries can, for example, relate to the streamlining and improvement of processes, the streamlining of financial flows, support in the implementation of business systems or operational preparations for stock market listings. Our clients range from smaller companies to international listed groups within various types of industries.

Finance, Strategy and Performance

Finance Strategy & Performance supports our clients with business and digitally driven transformations of the finance function in large companies and organizations. We guide our clients in handling complex issues to provide insights and drive towards set goals such as increased profitability and growth. We do this by reviewing all or parts of the clients' operational model, often with a strong focus on technology. Your projects can cover the entire journey from strategy formulation to design of a new operating model and implementation.

Emerging ERP Solutions

Supports our clients to develop and drive business value by implementing and developing customized ERP solutions within the scope of the finance department's responsibilities. You will work in project form based on our agile project methodology and your focus is, among other things, on working together with the client to develop and implement the financial system Oracle Netsuite. The role, which almost exclusively involves project work, also provides the opportunity to create solutions for streamlining and automating financial processes at our clients. Deloitte is an established alliance partner to Oracle NetSuite globally, where Sweden and the Nordics are in a strong growth phase. The assignments are primarily based in the Stockholm area, but our clients are usually international with operations in several countries. Together with our team, you will, among other things, work with project management and support our clients with innovative solutions within NetSuite. You will also be given the opportunity to run certain flows and sub-projects within the scope of the delivery.

Finance Technology 

Supports our clients with interim assignments as an economist varied with digitization projects, within, for example, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Excel, VBA, and Power BI. Within the role, you will develop, configure and support automation solutions. You will carry out process evaluations and reviews at our clients and work with Change Management. Furthermore, you will be out at the client supporting your colleagues with automation and improvement of financial processes, with a focus on RPA, Excel and Power BI.
