I lead Deloitte’s Governance, Regulatory & Risk Strategies practice, and am a member of the AERS Advisory Executive Committee. I provide regulatory compliance, operational and technology consulting services and advice to large financial institutions. I have served as Deloitte’s Independent Consultant in various SEC administrative activities, and have assisted clients and their counsel in formulating responses to SEC investigations.
