Cecilia Claesson

Cecilia leads the Finance Strategy and Performance team in Sweden.

Cecilia brings 15 + years as a management consultant and has extensive consulting experience in designing and implementing business transformation programs including Shared Services and system implementations. She is a strong programme manager of large scale projects and programmes. She has helped clients with their shared services journeys from strategy, through design to implementation and their digitalisation journeys from process design to system implementation.

She has experience from various industries from Retail to Construction as well as from public sector both in Sweden and in Australia.
