Kathinka Skoe is partner within Deloitte Financial Advisory and deputy lead of the M&A Transaction Services team. Kathinka holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics and a Master in Professional Accounting, both from the Norwegian School of Management. Kathinka has worked at Deloitte since 2004, since 2006 within Transaction Services. Since 2010 she has been based in Stockholm.
Kathinka has extensive experience from performing due diligences and other transaction advise, and has been project leading + 350 projects in both acquisition and divestment processes, including complex transactions, carve outs etc. Kathinka has worked with both private equity and industrial clients and within a wide range of industries. Recurring clients include Ratos, KKR, Schibsted, Valedo, Sobro, Alder, Broviken etc.
