Nathalie Ramsbjer is the Digital Customer Offering Lead in the Swedish Customer & Marketing Portfolio. She is also the Nordic lead for the Service Excellence sub-offering, driving the service business and alignment between the Nordic countries to support our clients successfully. Her passion is to support clients in multiple industries to reach their goals, such as by advising how to improve customer experience and employee satisfaction through implementing efficient and cost-effective methods and solutions.
