Tom Pernodd

Tom heads M&A Transaction Services team in Sweden and in the Nordics. He started working for Deloitte in 2002 and has gained experience from M&A, financing and restructuring services from over 300 engagements. Tom has significant international experience from large corporate and private equity clients and spent two years in the US working with M&A, primarily in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector.
