This 5th edition – which features Singapore – will identify several key digital trends shaping the banking industry across the globe, and compare the digital maturity between banks across three main components: functionalities benchmarking, customer needs research, and user experience study.
Overall, Singapore ranks amongst the leaders in our survey in 2022 for both web and mobile channels, maintaining this position from the 2020 edition. The Singapore banks in our survey scored highly across almost all areas of the customer lifecycle, with opportunities to be gleaned from global peers.
