Veronika Patúšová

Veronika is a Managing Associate at Deloitte Legal and specialises in real estate law, corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and labour law. She has participated in a number of merger and acquisition transactions and provided legal advisory in negotiations on transaction documentation, including due diligence. She provides advisory service to Slovak and foreign clients during the implementation of development projects and the modification of lease relationships. Within labour law, she focuses on individual employment relationships.
