Deloitte Thailand Business Challenge 2018
8 - 9 February 2018
An opportunity for 3rd - 4th year university students to uncover your potential and your deep understanding on business, innovation and tax, by working on a challenge case. The winning team will be the representative of Thailand Team to compete in SEA Tax Challenge and Risk Intelligence Challenge.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate students currently studying in the 3rd and 4th year in Thai universities.
- Background in Tax, Finance, Economic, Business Management and/or related field.
- Participants to compete in a team of 4. Efficient teamwork/communication and knowledge sharing within the team will be key to coming up with a strong ‘team’ for Tax and Innovation case.
- Participants are required to participate in the competition on 8-9 February 2018 in Bangkok and End of February 2018 in Indonesia.
- Business cases will be presented in English.
Prizes and Awards:
Best Performance on Tax Award:
The winning team will receive a certificate of achievement and THB 40,000 scholarship, plus an internship opportunity with Deloitte Thailand. And will represent as Thailand team (team category) to participate in SEA Tax Challenge at Indonesia on end of February (TBA).
Best Performance on Innovation and Risk Award:
The winning team will receive a certificate of achievement and THB 40,000 scholarship, plus an internship opportunity with Deloitte Thailand. And will represent as Thailand team to participate in SEA Risk Intelligence Challenge on July 2018 (TBA).
Rising star Award:
Individual prize for the best performance will received THB 10,000 and will represent as Thailand team (individual category) to participate in SEA Tax Challenge in Indonesia on February 2018.
Other finalists:
The other runner-up teams will receive a THB 10,000 award/scholarship and a certificate of achievement.
How to apply
- Create a short video clip (3-5 minutes) introducing your team and each members (every team members must present) and answering the question “What upcoming trend do you and your team think is growing in our society? How will you use innovation to address this trend?”
- Fill the application form together with resume, current academic record (of each participant) and link to your video clip.
