Francis Li

Francis is a partner in Cyber. He specializes in digital trust and identity, enterprise security and solutioning. Currently, he focuses on zero trust architecture assessment, design, and implementation.

He has also long served as a lecturer for the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) in Taiwan and as a speaker for elite training programs at the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance.
