Gilbert Chiang

Gilbert joined Deloitte Taiwan on December 1, 2003 and now has more than 20 years of experiences in providing Global Employer Services (GES) to domestic and international clients. He also provides offshore company setup and maintenance, as well as the tax agent services for foreign institutional investors (FINI). 

Since July 2009 Gilbert has taken over the Tax & Legal Quality, Risk and Reputation Management work to assume the responsibility of monitoring and helping the Business with work quality, client & engagement acceptance and the compliance of internal regulations. He has become the Business Risk Leader since 2019.

Gilbert is also specialized in and has rich experiences in US FATCA, US QI and Taiwan CRS implementation and consultation, and has served many financial groups and financial institutions in Taiwan in those professional fields.
