Gordon Chen

Gordon Chen is currently the partner of Deloitte Taiwan. He joined TN Soong & Co. (which become a member firm of Deloitte & Touche in April, 2002) in 1996. He has been providing service to high-tech companies in Science-Based Industrial Park and engaged in the industries of semiconductor, IC designs, telecommunications, and computer peripherals, etc, and as well assisting clients setting up new company and capital structure planning, issuing domestic company and foreign issuer’s IPO, ADR, GDR and ECB. In the years of valuable experiences, Gordon has continuously earned absolute trusts and reputation from the clients.
