Egor Metelkin

Egor has been an Audit Partner since 2002 and is responsible for providing audit services to a number of large Russian and multinational clients. He also heads the Consumer Industry Products (CIP) group in the CIS and the French desk. Egor holds a US CPA certificate and a Russian Audit license.

Gennady Kamyshnikov

Managing Partner, Energy & Resources Leader, CIS

Gennady has more than 20 years’ experience, working in the tax and legal sectors in Russia and authored key elements of the tax legislation in 1992. He holds a Master’s in Economics, a Master’s in Law and a PhD in International Tax. Gennady led the CIS Tax & Legal function for 6 years and now leads our activity in the Energy and Resources sector.

Ekaterina Trofimova

Partner, Risk Advisory

Ekaterina heads the credit risk, modelling, rating advisory and corporate governance practice in Russia and the CIS. She is also the leader of Deloitte Insights in the region.

Ekaterina has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector in Russia and abroad, most recently as the CEO of the Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) since its foundation in 2015, where she was responsible for establishing and developing the agency. From 2011 to 2015, she served as a First Vice President and a board member at Gazprombank and had worked at S&P’s Paris office for 11 years before that. 

Ekaterina received a degree in Global Economics from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance as well as a degree in Tax Management from the Sorbonne in Paris. 

Olga Tabakova

Partner, Technology, Media & Telecommunications Industry Leader, CIS

Olga joined Deloitte in 1995, becoming a partner in the Audit department in 2004. She has led the Deloitte CIS Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice since 2007. She specialises in delivering Audit & Assurance, transformation to IFRS/US GAAP, IFRS first time adoption, due diligence, internal controls and IPO-related services.

Olga serves on the Deloitte CIS Board of Directors. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and is a CPA (Oregon, USA). Olga enjoys travel and art and is a keen bonsai gardener.
