Vasyl has more than 10 years’ experience in providing tax consulting services. He specializes in tax due diligence, tax audits and reviews, support to companies during audits by tax authorities, tax consulting services and providing general tax advice on Ukrainian and international tax laws.
Valentyna Boboshko
Senior Manager, Tax & Legal
Valentyna joined Deloitte Ukraine in 2011 and has over 10 years of experience in tax support of audits, tax review, tax advisory, consulting on various corporate taxation matters, and tax support for due diligence projects. She specializes in tax support of audits.
Valentyna has an extensive experience in providing professional tax consulting services for companies in oil and gas, agricultural, pharmaceutical, retail, and other sectors.
Andrii Zhuravel
Manager, Tax & Legal
Andrii joined Deloitte’s Corporate Tax group in 2017. He has over 5 years of experience in tax related field. Andrii worked on various projects, including tax due diligence, tax advisory, and tax support of audits for clients in various industries, including manufacturing, FMCG, IT, e-commerce, financial, telecommunications, agricultural, oil and gas, and other sectors.
Iryna Rotashniuk
Manager, Tax & Legal
Iryna joined Deloitte Ukraine in 2016 and is engaged in projects related to the provision of tax advisory services to Ukrainian and multinational companies.
Iryna has experience working on various projects, including tax support of audits, M&A tax support, tax structuring, and engagements in the sphere of tax consulting on a wide range of issues, as well as separate issues identified by clients, transfer pricing projects, and tax reviews. She specializes in providing direct and indirect tax consulting services for companies spanning multiple industries, including retail, technology, energy, manufacturing, and other sectors.
Yehor Lebediev
Assistant Manager, Tax & Legal
Yehor has been working with Deloitte since 2020. He is engaged on the projects involving the provision of corporate tax services to Ukrainian and multinational companies.
Yehor has a record of successful implementation of various projects, including tax support for audits, tax due diligence and structuring as part of M&A transactions, application of "business purpose" rules, and advising on controversial issues of the national legislation.
He specializes in the provision of services to companies operating in various industries, including agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and technology sectors.
