Next Generation CIO Training — This development and networking program targets technology professionals who could be considered for a Group CIO position within the next 2–3 years. Focus areas include effective leadership, talent management, driving change, managing boardroom dynamics, business innovation, and deep dives on relevant technical topics (i.e. analytics or digital).
CIO Transition Labs — These personalized, exclusive one-day workshops are for newly appointed CIOs of medium-large organizations or CIOs looking to refresh their priorities.
