Anton Bychkov is a Senior Lawyer at Tax & Legal department, who joined Deloitte Ukraine in 2017 and has over 10 years of professional experience in the field of corporate and contractual law, privatization, legal support for M&A transactions, IPO, international law and arbitration.
Anton has experience of work at legal department of State Property Fund of Ukraine, representation of the interests of the State in privatization cases, legal due-diligence and legal support for M&A transactions, IPO, providing legal advice to multinational and Ukrainian companies in relation to investment projects.
Anton, also, has LL.M. in International and Commercial Law, World Trade Specialist, the University of Buckingham (UK).
