Deloitte Valuation Services team helps clients address the complexities of corporate lifecycle events and transactions through a suite of services that focus on valuation, investment banking, corporate restructuring, and capital asset management.
The Deloitte Forensic team enables clients to react promptly and confidently in a crisis, investigation or dispute. Utilizing our broad forensic investigation skill set, we provide detailed analysis of accounting and business records to uncover essential facts and insights. We also provide the proactive advice clients need to reduce the risk of future problems.
Deloitte Analytics professionals make extensive use of data, statistical and qualitative analysis, ruled-based methods, and explanatory and predictive modeling in order to bring insights to client issues in the forensic and transaction domains.
Data Processing and Research Services (DPRS) practice provides customized research that help them make informed strategic decisions.

Financial Statement & Internal Control Audit (FS&ICA): Provides specialized audit and review services as part of and related to the financial statement audit and reporting on internal controls.
Finance & Operations Risk Transformation (F&ORT): Assists clients with optimizing the management of financial risks emerging from changes in statutory reporting requirements, market volatility, and accounting pronouncements as well as operational risks associated with ongoing operations, external business relationships, and compliance with new and existing regulations.
Financial Accounting, Valuation & Securitization (FAV&S): Assists Clients with financial and accounting impacts of shifting regulations, changing accounting requirements, and emerging standards and delivers products and services that support the valuation of financial instruments and life cycle of securitized and structured financial products.

Merger & Acquisition Services (M&A): Delivers accounting, tax, and business advisory services that support mergers, acquisitions, investment and financing structures, divestitures, and post-transaction activities. Within Advisory, the entry-level title will be business technology analyst. Professionals generally remain in this position for a few years before moving up to the consultant position. The progression from consultant to senior consultant, manager, senior manager, partner/principals or directors will depend on technical expertise as well as client and project leadership skills.
