What we look for
We have a full range of programmes for you to get a taste of just how much a career at Deloitte can offer. From year-long Industrial Placements to two-day experiences, there’s something to suit you. What we look for?
Grades are only a part of the story, but they’re still important. Your creative thinking, determination and natural curiosity tell us a lot about your character – but so do your qualifications. They can show the drive and resilience it takes to turn your potential into a successful career. We value your qualities and qualifications equally, so it’s important to check the minimum requirements for the programme you choose.

Supporting your recruitment experience
At Deloitte we want everyone to have the chance to succeed. We recognise that some people might need additional support during the recruitment process and we work hard to ensure everyone’s individual needs are accommodated.
That’s why we want to remove any possible barriers for people applying to join us. We offer a wide range of reasonable adjustments, to help people realise their potential. As well as adjustments to the recruitment processes - such as extra time and alternative interview formats - we have flexible working and support options after you start your role, to ensure that people can work in a way that suits them best.
Our recruiters will work with you to learn more about your support needs and identify reasonable adjustments that will help you to be at your best and have a more personalised experience. If you require adjustments during the application or assessment process, please reach out to our team to help you.

If you have international or other equivalent qualifications
If you don’t see your qualification(s) listed in the entry requirements, don’t worry. As a global business, we understand that qualifications come in all shapes and sizes, so don’t be put off applying. Enter them into your application form and we’ll convert them into A-level equivalents for you. We’ll then let you know if you meet the minimum requirements. If you’d like to know more, please get in touch.
If you narrowly miss the requirements
Being a few grades or points short doesn’t mean you shouldn’t apply. We’ve designed our application process to assess everyone’s merits fairly and equally. Sometimes we make adjustments based on personal circumstances, so you could still impress us and secure a place.
If you have extenuating circumstances
We can take extenuating circumstances into account, so if there’s anything we should know, please tell us on your application form. You’ll also need a letter from your headteacher or university tutor to back this up.
