Anna Brown is a Senior Director in Deloitte’s Human Capital Practice. Anna has been a consultant for 20 years, and is focussed on large-scale people transformation programmes. She has particular expertise in culture and behaviour change, change capability building and leadership team effectiveness. She has a breadth of experience across industries and geographies, including global projects for multinationals in the energy and pharmaceutical sectors, and has spent the majority of her career working with UK public sector.
