Bruce Finch

Bruce is a Director in Deloitte and has been in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice since 2011 working across the Energy Resources and Industrials sector in industrial products, oil and gas and mining. He delivers major transformation programmes for clients across the UK and Europe with a particular passion for industry 4.0 and the Future of Work. He has a BA from Durham University, an MBA from Cranfield, is a Chartered CIPD and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
