Paul has held research roles in the technology, media and technology sector since 1993, and every year advises hundreds of clients globally on how to capitalise on emerging trends and business models. Paul speaks frequently at major industry and business conferences, and his views have featured frequently in major media, including a column in Financial Times. He has also provided evidence to various committees, including the House of Lords’ Communications and Digital Committee. Paul has edited Deloitte’s annual Predictions report since 2001 and has led the multinational Digital Consumer Trends study since 2011. He formerly worked at Gartner, Ovum and IBM.
