Richard Laucht

Richard is an Assistant Director within the Deloitte Real Assets Advisory team, based in Edinburgh and has over 13 years experience of providing commercial real estate valuation and professional advice to a wide variety of clients.

Richard is a Chartered Surveyor and a Registered Valuer whose clients include a range financial institutions, private equity and market corporates. Richard’s experience relates to all major classes of commercial property and he is predominantly involved with providing valuation support, assurance and challenge relating to individual assets and property portfolios.

Richard also has experience in real estate negotiations acting for both landlord and tenants in relation to rent review; lease renewals and re-gears and also providing advice relating to Business Rates.
