Our team partnered with the Cabinet Office’s Outsourcing Review team, providing targeted commercial and programme support in developing and implementing the Government’s ‘Sourcing Playbook’.

Our team acted as lead financial advisor to Masdar on its acquisition of Arlington Energy a UK Battery Storage developer. We worked closely with the client to identify the target, build the investment case, structure a deal and support negotiations, as well as project manage the transaction through to successful completion.

Our team provided strategic advice to Bristow Helicopters its in bid to continue providing search and rescue services to the UK. We worked closely with the Bristow team and its partners to the successful award of the contract in July 2022.
