Alexandra Genest

Alexandra currently serves as Chief of Staff for CEO Anthony Viel (AV). She works directly with AV to drive the Executive Leadership Team’s strategy and organizational management. In this role, her input and leadership are constantly solicited on a wide range of Board and Executive matters, critical projects, and global programs. Alexandra leverages strong internal relationships along with her understanding of the firm’s organizational complexities to create positive change on a firm-wide scale.

Prior to this role, Alexandra led the Audit private practice for the Greater Montreal Area and served as an Audit partner with Deloitte Private, the firm’s private company services. She has 18 years of experience with a large and varied client base and worked primarily in the consumer business industry.

Alexandra believes in the power of being a trusted business advisor role for Deloitte’s clients. With almost 20 years’ experience working with entrepreneurs and business owners, she promotes a culture of trust, resilience, and is a strong believer in our network and service offerings. Alexandra has worked with numerous growing organizations and has helped them in their strategy, development, and growth through different stages of their lifecycle.

Alexandra is a Member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec and holds a B.A. and Graduate diploma from HEC Montréal.
