Beverley Pao

As Executive Office Lead, Bev serves as an advisor and strategic partner to the Executive Officer and executive leadership team. In this role, Bev manages the function of the Executive Office and provides oversight for the Executive Communications team, both of which help enable, advise, and deliver on strategic firmwide priorities and daily business activities.

Previously to this, Bev was the National Audit Private Offering Leader and a lead client service partner on large high growth companies with Global presence. Bev has worked for several member firms within the Global Deloitte network and has extensive advisory experience. Having worked with clients in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and London, Bev brings a global mindset to her work and the high performing and diverse teams she leads. She is frequently asked to speak at international events and works extensively with international clients, particularly from China.

Bev curates highly effective teams and Deloitte’s broad range of services to provide holistic and quality solutions that drive growth and innovation. She is also committed to working with and mentoring young professionals. She guides them as they explore their interests, and then helps them harness that excitement as they turn their ideas into actions that positively impact the community.
