He has over 25 years of experience and provides a full range of taxation and business advisory services to private entities and their shareholders. Through pragmatic and thoughtful advice, Brian leads his clients through the full life cycle of a business, including corporate reorganization transactions, both domestically and internationally. Brian also provides personal tax and estate planning advice to the owners of private companies, including estate planning, succession planning, tax structuring on planning, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate reorganizations.
