David Belof

David is the global lead for Deloitte’s HealthInteractive HIE group, which works to enable the movement of health information and achieve interoperability for health systems. With more than 20 years of experience, he has a wealth of e-health and integration knowledge that has come from functioning as the lead architect and strategist in five provincial and territorial e-health programs throughout Canada and, most recently, in Europe and the United States. David is a partner in the firm’s Technology Strategy and Architecture practice in Western Canada.
