Dieter Vonken

Dieter is a Partner in Deloitte Belgium’s practice with an exclusive focus on asset intensive organizations. This means he has extensive experience in Power & Utilities organizations (gas, water, electricity, etc), as well as public organizations managing civil infrastructure (roads, bridges, waterways, etc).
In this capacity, Dieter is leading the team that is responsible for 3 service offerings:

• Asset Management: strategic asset management plans, target operating models, maturity assessments using ISO55000 as a reference, improvement programs around a.o. risk/value frameworks and planning (opex & capex), etc.
• Asset Analytics: data-driven asset management, focusing on asset performance management, predictive maintenance, digital twin, system performance management and asset investment planning.
• Climate & Energy: future of energy and water, covering the grid of the future, new market models, circularity, etc.

Dieter also successfully conducted the exam from the Institute of Asset Management, to be qualified as an endorsed assessor within this domain.
