Itti K.L. Ma

Itti Ma is an associate tax lawyer with Deloitte Legal Canada LLP.

She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1996 and obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2001. Itti was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2002, and has also completed Parts I, II and III of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) In-depth Tax Course.

Itti's practice focuses on corporate tax and estate planning. She regularly advises and assists clients on tax-related matters including corporate reorganizations, business succession, use of personal trusts and determination of appropriate business structures. She also represents clients in resolving income tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, at the audit and appeals levels. Itti speaks English and Cantonese.
