Jen Olsen

Jen is a Consumer Engagement & Marketing as a service (CEMaaS) leader on global accounts in the life sciences and health care sector. In this role, she works with key stakeholders on sales targets as well as strategy and planning, and coordinates the project, account, technical, and development teams to deliver practical insights. Jen brings more than 14 years of experience in database management, customer marketing, campaign management, data analysis, and reporting to her work in our customer experience and Operate services.
