Jessica Kearsey

Jessica Kearsey is an experienced employment and labour lawyer. She has represented employers and management (as well as unions and employees) in both public and private sectors, including as in-house counsel. Jessica regularly advises both Canadian and U.S- based employers on complex and sensitive employment matters in Ontario. She has been an adjunct faculty at Osgoode Hall Law School, and frequently publishes and presents on employment law and human resources topics. Jessica was called to the bar of Ontario in 2005 and was named a Lexpert Rising Star/Leading lawyers under 40 in 2017 and a 2018 Lawyer to Watch.
