Kathleen McEwan is a leader within Deloitte Canada’s Organization Transformation practice focused on the Future of Work and specialized in helping organizations navigate the changing landscape of work, the workforce and the workplace. She has partnered with clients across industries on large-scale transformations in a workforce strategy and change management capacity. Most recently, she has been helping organizations navigate the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on their return to work and broader workforce and workplace strategies.
